Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission

The team here at Milex Complete Auto Care is second to none! The shop is incredibly clean, the team is knowledgeable and professional, and the service is top-notch. I had a pesky check engine light that was persisting through countless attempts of repairs and simply would not resolve. Matt and his team address the problem, and when the check engine light came back on a few weeks later they graciously brought my car back in, re-serviced the issues (no additional assessment fee to me) and got me safely back the road. I highly recommend this shop for all of your car maintenance needs. Oh! And their WiFi is excellent if you need to work while you wait for your vehicle. ☺️

My AC needed replaced. Luckily, I had Car Shield (extended warranty). Unfortunately- although the Car Shield app lists tons of service facilities in my area, most refused to work with Car Shield- or at least refused to accept their terms (acceptance of refurbished parts, compliance with tests the required, lack of certain equipment Car Shield insisted they use, etc). When I found Milex- they were so helpful. They listened to my whole story & took it from there. They communicated directly with Car Shield & got my AC fixed quickly. I was really at the end of my rope. I just started a new job & spent over a week unable to drive my car because of the insane July heat wave- and had been rejected by 4 other service places (or told I’d have to pay the difference between what Car Shield offered & what they actually charged. ) Milex was helpful, kind & got my car fixed quickly! I definitely recommend- especially if you have an extended warranty!

Went in for my service, greeted and updated on exactly what they planned you and they did what they said in a very timely manner. I Phone and they went to the extent of getting the tools required to work with the non-standard requirements of a Volvo. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future for any repairs

Great service!! They got my vehicle in right away at my scheduled time, diagnosed the issue, and repaired the problem all in a timely manner. They checked over the rest of the vehicle while I was there, which gave me peace of mind knowing that the rest of my van was in good working condition. Highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy repair shop!

Highly Recommend. They are professional, honest, and kind. They do an evaluation of the whole vehicle with a detailed printred report to ensure they are addressing the right issue. The facility, including the restroom, is clean and quiet. As a woman, i feel very safe that I wont be jilted.
